Terms and Conditions Wrapped Signs
1. General Overview
These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of services by Wrapped
Signs (“the Company”) to all customers. By engaging with the Company,
you (“the Client”) agree to these terms.
2. Deposits and Payments
2.1 Deposit for Services:
All services provided by the Company require a 50% deposit of the total
quoted price before any work commences.
2.2 Payment Terms for General Services:
Full payment of the remaining balance is due 30 days after the invoice
date unless otherwise specified in writing by the Company.
2.3 Vehicle Wrapping Services:
For vehicle wrapping services, full payment must be made either before
or on the day of completion.
2.4 Installation Services:
Payment for installation services must be made within 15 days after the
invoice date for the completed works.
3. Late Payments
3.1 Payments not received by the due date may incur interest at the rate
of 5% per month or the maximum rate permissible by law, whichever is
lower.
3.2 The Company reserves the right to pause or with hold further services
if outstanding invoices are not settled.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
4.1 Cancellation of services must be communicated in writing.
4.2 Deposits are non-refundable for work already commenced or
materials already procured.
4.3 Refunds, if applicable, will be issued solely at the Company’s discretion
and only for uncommented work.
5. Ownership of Materials
5.1 All designs, prints, and materials remain the property of the Company
until payment is received in full.
5.2 The Company reserves the right to reclaim installed materials in the
event of non-payment.
6. Liability and Warranty
6.1 The Company guarantees the quality of work and materials for a
specified period as detailed in individual contracts or invoices.
6.2 The Company is not responsible for damage caused by improper care,
third-party interference, or external factors beyond our control.
7. Variations in Work
7.1 Any additional requests or changes to agreed-upon services may
result in adjustments to pricing and timelines.
7.2 All changes must be approved in writing.
8. Dispute Resolution
8.1 Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved amicably
wherever possible.
9. Acceptance of Terms
Engaging with the Company signifies acceptance of these Terms and
Conditions.
